Warren R. Keck III spacerspacerspacer Warren R. Keck III, Partner, was born May 6, 1943, in Greenville, Pennsylvania.  A life long resident of Greenville, he was educated in the Greenville Area School System.  He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1965 from Allegheny College, Meadville, Pennsylvania, and a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1968 from Dickinson School of Law, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Keck began his law practice in 1968 as an Associate of Voorhies, Dilley, Keck, Rowley & Wallace.  In addition, he served as Public Defender from 1969-1971 and Assistant District Attorney from 1971-1973.  After becoming a Partner in the firm Mr. Keck devoted his full attention to private practice there for 34 years.  In 2005 Mr. Keck and Mr. Karson opened their own firm and are now practicing as Keck & Karson, LLP.

Mr. Keck is licensed to practice before the Court of Common Pleas, Mercer County, Pennsylania, Supreme Court of Pennsylania, Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, Superior Court of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and United States Bankruptcy Court.  He is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association, serving as its president in 1997, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Mr. Keck concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Trusts, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Business, Commercial and Corporate work.  He served as Solicitor for the Borough of Greenville from 1974 through 2002, is Solicitor for the Municipal Authority of the Borough of Greenville, and a member of the Board of Directors of Greenville Savings Bank.   In addition, for the past 21 years he has served in the capacity of Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Thiel College.

Mr. Keck has dedicated a great deal of his time over the years to several charitable and community organizations.   He and his wife, Nancy, have been married for 40 years and have two grown children.
